Our Story

SFS Fencing Australia was founded in 2010 by Greg and Lachie – two experienced fencers with a shared belief in honest work and quality craftsmanship. Greg, known locally through Westernport Rural Fencing, brought over three decades of experience and mentored Lachie, who had gone on to lead LMG Rural Fencing. After collaborating on several large-scale projects, they teamed up to form Southern Farm Services, now SFS Fencing Australia.

In 2015, Kris joined the team and quickly became a vital part of the business. Now Partner and Managing Director, Kris helps lead SFS into its next chapter while upholding the same values it was built on.

As demand grew, so did our reach. From rural paddocks to major civil works, SFS Fencing Australia now delivers fencing projects across residential, equine, commercial, and council sectors. We’re proud to be a small team that achieves big results – with a commitment to quality, safety, and long-term client relationships.
