Greg and Lachie share a long history in the fencing game.

Greg is a fencing contractor with over 30 years experience. Greg started his journey by running his own family business in “Westernport Rural Fencing” and has an exceptional reputation across the Mornington Peninsula and the surrounds for his craftsmanship and attention to detail in the rural fencing industry. With so much experience, Greg has gained a wealth of knowledge with all things fencing and farm services and continues to pass on his knowledge and skill to all employed at SFS.

Now with 20 years experience, Lachie first entered the fencing world as Greg’s employee and quickly proved himself as a hard worker with a willingness to learn. Taking on Greg’s mentorship in the industry Lachie began to take great pride in the quality of the work he was producing with Greg and eventually stepped out to be a fencing contractor in his own right with “LMG Rural Fencing”.

With both Greg and Lachie and their families thriving, the pair collaborated on a big project (initially as a once off) and as a result of them working so well together the idea of SFS was born in 2010 with the vision of providing the same quality of services whilst increasing capacity and maintaining their high standards.

Since collaborating to create SFS Greg and Lachie have built a strong team of enthusiastic and hard working employees who under the guidance of Greg and Lachie are dedicated to producing high quality workmanship and are very much a part of the SFS family.

The team at SFS look forward to meeting new customers in 2021 and working together to create projects that cater to our customers vision with a flexible, friendly and helpful approach.
